Working With Solicitors

In November 2019, the rules around referrals changed under the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations.

We understand that the dual code system expects law firm managers and compliance officers to introduce processes and systems which facilitate best practice to ensure a referral is in the best interest of a solicitor’s client.

Our WWFP team of independent financial advisers have considerable experience of working with solicitors who refer their clients to us for very specific services.

Our aim is to complement the advice of our professional partners, to provide clients with a safe and trusted service. Our independent financial advisers assist our professional partners to maintain an ongoing client relationship.

We guarantee we work with our partners compliantly and professionally.

We understand, as law firms, you will want to refer your clients to professionals who are highly qualified. Our team consists of Chartered Financial Planners and Independent Financial Planners who are continually being trained in line with our training and development framework.

As a firm we demonstrate our commitment to raising standards, knowledge and ethical practice and our compliance and training
is overseen by our Managing Director. We offer technical and market knowledge as well as the best investment fund research.

An investment specialist Independent Financial Adviser at Worldwide Financial Planning will guide you with pension diversification.

We guarantee we work with our partners compliantly and professionally.
