Pat Greene is Worldwide Financial Planning’s Mortgage Director and was appointed to our firm in 2022 – an appointment which came about due to a significant rise in demands for mortgages.

Pat covers all mortgage enquiries from the length and breadth of the UK and his experience, his contacts, his ability to write business, his customer relations, and, very importantly, his values, perfectly positioned him for this role.

Prior to joining us, Pat was working with a financial planning firm where his focus was providing mortgage and protection advice to customers. 

Prior to working with there, Pat was a mortgage adviser with the Bank of Ireland working across local branches generating his own clients and well as bank referrals. He was a very prominent member of the mortgage team and was also the face and voice of the Bank of Ireland NI Mortgage Campaign.

Prior to the Bank of Ireland, he worked as a savings and investment adviser and customer lending adviser with Ulster Bank. In his role as customer adviser he was responsible for generating new business across all product lines – lending, savings, pension planning, income protection, life cover and long term investments. 

He has also worked for First Active, Northern Bank and the Alliance & Leicester Mortgage Centre.
